How to play

1. Start at 000. Find a license plate with those three digits in a row, anywhere on the plate.
2. Tap Found it! The app records the time and place and moves you to the next number.
3. Keep going in order, 001, 002, 003, all the way to 999. No skipping.

In a longer run of digits, any three in a row count: a plate reading 5678 can be your 567 or your 678.

Spot a plate for a number you'll need later? Tap Save Future Find and add a note. When that number comes up, the app shows you the saved plate and can give you directions back to it.

Common questions

How do I move my game to a new phone?

On your old phone, sign in under Settings → Backup and Sharing and tap Backup Now. On the new phone, sign in with the same Apple or Google account and the app offers to restore your game. You can also use Settings → Export Data to save a backup file yourself.

I bought Supporter. How do I get it on another device?

Open any Favorites feature to bring up the Supporter screen, then tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

How do I cancel the yearly Supporter subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

How do I join, or leave, the global leaderboard?

Joining needs a sign-in; the Global tab walks you through it. To leave, turn off Share to Global Leaderboard in Settings. Your leaderboard entry and map pins are removed right away.

Someone on the leaderboard has an offensive name.

Tap their row to open their Player Card, then tap Report. You can also Block them to hide them from your leaderboard, feed and map. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Why does the app want my location?

To remember where each plate was found or saved, for your map and for directions back to saved plates. If you turn on alerts for nearby saved plates, the app also checks your location in the background, on your phone only. The privacy policy has the details.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Finding, saving and stats all work without a connection. Maps and Global need one.
